Concept
The story follows a detective who is hired to investigate a series of mysterious disappearances. Among the missing is a fellow detective, his close friend, which fuels his determination to uncover the truth. However, his investigation leads him to a horrifying revelation.

Visual Style
I want the visuals to have a realistic look, with a storytelling style inspired by the retro 1960s aesthetic.

This is an experimental AI video project created locally. For this project, I used ComfyUI and CogVideoX. Some shots were guided using 3D with a video-to-video approach, while others were created using text-to-video or a mix of both. For audio, I experimented with MMAudio in ComfyUI, and for sound and music, I used Suno.

This project was very challenging, as using AI to create work that matches my vision is still quite difficult. The main issues I encountered were consistency and continuity. The results aren’t perfect yet, and the video size and resolution remain limited due to current constraints. However, I believe that in the future, local AI generation will improve significantly. AI already proves to be incredibly useful.

Summary: This project highlights that AI video generation still struggles with consistency and continuity (it might require training Lora or models—I’m not sure if it’s possible or how to do it). Achieving the exact images and ideas in my mind using AI is still very challenging and time-consuming. While it’s not perfect, it’s a promising start. I hope you all enjoy it!
